Stress da Lavoro Correlato
Lo stress da lavoro correlato (SLC) è una condizione negativa che riguarda il lavoratore il quale riscontri sintomi fisici emicranie, mal di testa cronici, disturbi gastrointestinali e psicologici, come sindrome da fatica cronica, ansia, disturbi del sonno, attacchi di panico e depressione.
Cause
Il lavoratore colpito da stress correlato non si sente più in grado di rispondere alle richieste o alle proprie aspettative.
Determinate categorie di lavoratori sono più esposti al rischio di stress da lavoro correlato a causa della tipologia di ambiente di lavoro in cui si trovano ad operare, i più colpiti sono, ad esempio, medici, infermieri, avvocati, forze dell’ordine, e gli educatori che riscontrano problemi di stress fino ad arrivare al cosiddetto burnout.
La legge non prevede un elenco dettagliato di cause che concorrono allo stress, ma si limita a definire una serie di fattori che possono essere legati ad esso, come ad esempio l’organizzazione dei processi aziendali, le condizioni di lavoro e ambientali, la comunicazione e dei fattori soggettivi.
Per questo ERSAF ha strutturato un Progetto di Ricerca scientifica finalizzato alla valutazione dei parametri psicofisici indicativi dello SLC:
